Measure the complete packed cargo, including skids, crates, protrusions, lifting points, dunnage, and securing material.

    Record the maximum length, width, and height at the furthest points.

    Confirm weight and centre of gravity

    Provide gross weight per package and identify any concentrated or uneven load.

    Describe the loading method

    State whether cargo needs end loading, crane loading, forklift access, or special lifting.

  4. 04

    Flag special conditions

    Identify dangerous goods, temperature control, out-of-gauge dimensions, and securing requirements.
